# Terms of service

These terms govern your use of AI Song Maker, an online service for making songs and instrumentals with AI music models. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

## Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

## Acceptable use

Do not use AI Song Maker to imitate a real artist's voice or present a song as their work, to reproduce lyrics or music you do not have the right to use, or to create illegal content, harassment, threats, hate, sexual content involving minors, or sexual or defamatory content about real people.

Diss tracks and roasts must stay playful: no targeting of private people without their consent and no false claims about real people presented as fact. We may refuse, remove or report content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

## Your content

You keep the rights you have in the descriptions and lyrics you submit. Subject to these terms, the model providers' terms and applicable law, you may use the songs you generate for personal and commercial purposes. We do not claim ownership of your songs.

AI output can resemble existing works, and copyright protection for AI-generated material is limited in many countries. You are responsible for reviewing a song before you publish it and for following the rules of the platforms where you use it, including rules on disclosing AI-generated content.

## Credits and payments

Songs are paid with credits at a price per song that is shown before you generate. Payments are processed by Stripe; subscriptions renew until cancelled.

## Changes and termination

We may update the service and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You can close your account at any time.
